Corporate Governance Rating Report

Under the Capital Markets Board's ("CMB") Regulation on Credit Rating Activities and Principles Regarding Credit Rating Agencies, Kobirate Uluslararası Kredi Derecelendirme ve Kurumsal Yönetim Hizmetleri A.Ş. ("Kobirate") has completed the Corporate Governance Rating Report ("Report") based on the CMB Corporate Governance Principles. As announced on November 23, 2023, our Corporate Governance Rating, which was 9.26 out of 10, has been upgraded to 9.34 out of 10 as of November 25, 2024, following our company's continuous efforts to improve its implementation of corporate governance principles.

In Kobirate's statement, it is mentioned, "This result demonstrates that the company largely complies with the Corporate Governance Principles published by the Capital Markets Board and deserves to be included in the BIST Corporate Governance Index at a high level."
